You will work closely with cross-functional partners including SEO, paid media, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agency-style settings and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.

- Lead client discussions to define goals, present strategic recommendations, and guide content direction with clarity and confidence.
- Own end-to-end content strategy, from research and concept development through execution and optimization.
- Write, edit, and refine high-quality content across formats including web pages, articles, emails, ads, and social content.
- Conduct audience, industry, and competitive research to inform messaging and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain content frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines to support scalable delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, UX, design, and paid media to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple workstreams independently while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and deadlines.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, client leadership, and hands-on content expertise:
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across channels and audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and evolving search/content practices in AI-driven environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, UX, and performance marketing.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with tools and workflows such as Figma and AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary in the range of $95,000–$115,000 (location-dependent)
- 100% employer-funded health insurance, with dental and vision coverage options
- Unlimited PTO plus additional mental wellness days
- Paid parental leave
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Permanent remote work flexibility within the United States
- Monthly wellness stipend and quarterly employee appreciation gifts
- Summer Fridays and reduced Friday hours during fall/winter/spring
- Home office equipment reimbursement
- Monthly team bonding and community-building activities
