The Senior Content Manager will translate business objectives into clear, compelling, and performance-driven content strategies that span digital channels and formats. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on writer, this person will lead client conversations, shape messaging frameworks, and ensure consistent execution across campaigns. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply client-facing, requiring strong communication and confidence in presenting ideas. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including SEO, paid media, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agency-style settings and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead content strategy and execution across multiple client accounts while ensuring alignment with business goals, audience needs, and brand voice:

  • Lead client discussions to define goals, present strategic recommendations, and guide content direction with clarity and confidence.
  • Own end-to-end content strategy, from research and concept development through execution and optimization.
  • Write, edit, and refine high-quality content across formats including web pages, articles, emails, ads, and social content.
  • Conduct audience, industry, and competitive research to inform messaging and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain content frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines to support scalable delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, UX, design, and paid media to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage multiple workstreams independently while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and deadlines.
Requirements

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, client leadership, and hands-on content expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across channels and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and evolving search/content practices in AI-driven environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, UX, and performance marketing.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools and workflows such as Figma and AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
