Sales Manager - Exterior Construction in Maineville, Ohio at Great Roofing & Restoration LLC

Great Roofing & Restoration is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop our Cincinnati sales team. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys coaching others to success, and isn't afraid to lead from the front.

We're looking for a true go-getter. Someone who can recruit, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable while also contributing to revenue growth and maintaining a high-performance sales culture.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales representatives
• Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve performance and close rates
• Recruit and onboard top sales talent
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics
• Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
• Support sales reps with customer presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy
• Work closely with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Drive revenue growth through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities

What We Are Looking For

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in roofing, home improvement, restoration, or a related industry
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Ability to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 Base Salary + Commission
• Earn up to 13% commission on insurance restoration projects
• Earn up to 15% commission on retail projects
