Job Description

Staff Product Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager in the United States.

You will join a fast-scaling, AI-driven SaaS environment operating at high growth and strong market traction in the real estate technology space.
This is a senior individual contributor role where you will effectively be the product marketing function, not manage a team.
You will own the most revenue-critical PMM work, from positioning and messaging to launches and sales enablement.
Your work will directly shape how products are understood, sold, and adopted across a large base of real estate professionals.
You will operate in close partnership with Product, Sales Enablement, and executive leadership to build and refine go-to-market execution.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building systems, not just assets, in a rapidly evolving AI-first product organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own product positioning and messaging for the AI platform and its suite of products, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and resonance with target customers.
  • Develop and continuously refine the master sales narrative, partnering with Sales Enablement to ensure adoption across field teams.
  • Build high-impact enablement assets including case studies, demo scripts, battlecards, objection handling guides, and one-pagers used directly by sales teams.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, defining audience, narrative, channels, assets, and success metrics while delivering high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
  • Establish and operationalize a scalable product marketing system, including templates, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional rituals.
  • Build and maintain a lightweight but effective competitive intelligence and customer insight loop that informs messaging, roadmap input, and campaigns.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable positioning, narrative improvements, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS environments, including at least 2 years as a senior or sole PMM owner.
  • Proven track record of owning and executing full product launches end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Strong experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Sales Enablement teams to drive adoption of messaging in real sales environments.
  • Ability to operate as a systems-builder who creates structure, processes, and scalable frameworks from scratch.
  • Excellent hands-on writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce high-quality first drafts of customer-facing and sales-facing materials.
  • Strong AI-native mindset, leveraging modern tools to improve speed, quality, and iteration of marketing output.
  • Disciplined prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on high-impact initiatives that directly drive revenue.
  • High ownership mentality with strong self-direction and comfort operating without heavy guidance or predefined briefs.
  • Strong curiosity for customers and sales conversations, with a willingness to engage directly with the field.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, venture-backed AI-powered SaaS company operating at significant scale in the real estate technology space.
  • High-impact individual contributor role with direct influence on revenue, product adoption, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Work within a modern, AI-first product and marketing environment that emphasizes speed, experimentation, and innovation.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong culture of ownership, autonomy, and execution excellence in a high-growth organization recognized in its industry.
  • Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace committed to fair hiring practices and bias-aware evaluation processes.
