  • Requirements analysis: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, application features, expected behaviors, and relevant use cases.
  • Defect management: Identify, document, report, and track bugs and quality issues, ensuring clear communication and follow-up until resolution.
  • Functional and technical testing: Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing to validate application behavior and identify potential issues.
  • Quality assurance best practices: Apply established QA methodologies and contribute to improving testing procedures, standards, and workflows across projects.
  • Project planning and collaboration: Participate in requirements reviews, project planning sessions, and team discussions to identify potential risks and quality concerns early in the development process.

  • Quality metrics and reporting: Support the definition and monitoring of quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), helping teams assess results and achieve quality objectives.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, streamline testing activities, and strengthen software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional communication: Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure issues are understood, priorities are aligned, and quality expectations are consistently met.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience: Previous experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role, preferably working on medium- to large-scale projects.
  • QA methodologies: Knowledge of software testing processes, including end-to-end testing and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Testing and defect management tools: Familiarity with tools used to manage test cases, execute tests, document defects, and track issue resolution.
  • Software development lifecycle: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how quality assurance integrates into development and release processes.
  • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Analytical and critical thinking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues, identify inconsistencies, and approach problems systematically.
  • Communication and teamwork: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English skills, particularly for reading and writing technical documentation and communicating with international teams.
  • Organization and accountability: Ability to manage testing activities, document results accurately, prioritize tasks, and contribute to consistent project delivery.

Nice to have:
