At Gogo, we’re transforming how people connect in the sky. Our Technical Solutions team helps ensure customers and partners have the knowledge and support they need to successfully use Gogo products and services.

As our Manager, Technical Solutions, you’ll provide technical training and support to new and existing customers while coordinating initiatives designed to improve customer responsiveness and experience. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and regional teams to align customer-facing activities throughout the sales, delivery, and support experience.

If you’re someone who combines deep aviation and technical knowledge with strong presentation skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver on-site instruction, training, and technical support for new and existing customers to help create the best possible experience with Gogo products and services
  • Partner with OEMs to provide pre- and post-delivery connectivity training
  • Organize and coordinate international training efforts while working closely with the North American team
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Support to align customer-facing processes and support a consistent experience across the business
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones, including making project assignments as needed
  • Manage projects within established budgets, timelines, and specifications
  • Create technical documentation and provide updates on project progress
  • Support company-wide strategies and initiatives designed to improve customer responsiveness and achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrate Gogo’s mission, values, and customer service philosophy through effective customer interactions and collaborative teamwork

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and/or an aviation-related certification
  • 5+ years of aviation experience or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge and/or experience with satellite communications, aircraft avionics, and aviation communications
  • Experience with computer networks, network topology, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Must be located in the Northeastern region of the United States

Even Better If You Have

You don’t need to check every box below. If you bring experience in some of these areas, we’d especially like to hear from you:

  • Experience delivering technical or connectivity training within the aviation industry
  • Has supported OEM customer relationships before and after aircraft delivery
  • Exposure to international customer training or support programs
  • Knowledge of aviation connectivity technologies and customer environments
  • Ability to coordinate technical projects across multiple teams or regions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, OEMs, and geographically dispersed teams

Why Gogo?

At Gogo, we’re transforming how people connect in the sky.

Our teams build and support technology that powers connectivity aboard business aircraft around the world. That means the work you do here has a destination beyond a screen, spreadsheet, or meeting; it becomes part of an experience happening thousands of feet above the ground.

You’ll work alongside people who know their craft, challenge ideas, solve difficult problems, and care about building what comes next.

Ready to help shape the future of connected aviation? Come aboard.
