  • Conocimiento bsicointermedio de NOM-STPS:
    • NOM-009 (trabajos en altura); NOM-019 (comisiones de seguridad); NOM-030 (servicios preventivos); NOM-017 (EPP); NOM-002 (prevencin de riesgos de incendio)
  • Aplicacin de anlisis de riesgos (JSA).
  • Participacin en investigacin de incidentes (5 Why bsico)
  • Implementacin y seguimiento de LOTO, Trabajos en Alturas, Trabajos en caliente, EPP
  • Inspecciones de seguridad en piso (checklists, auditoras internas)

  • Participacin en brigadas (primeros auxilios, incendios)

  • Conocimiento bsico de ISO 45001 e ISO 14001

  • Manejo de contratistas

Habilidades especficas:

  • Soporte en arranques de lnea y cambios de proceso
  • Ejecucin de recorridos de seguridad (Gemba walks)
  • Participacin en juntas operativas y reporteo diario
  • Seguimiento a planes de accin derivados de auditoras
  • Seguimiento y manejo basico de KPIs de seguriad (TCIR, FACIR, Registrables, Near Miss)

  • Apoyo en campaas de seguridad

  • Uso de herramientas bsicas (Excel, reportes, checklists digitales)

  • Bilingue Ingles-espaol (interaccion con corporativo)

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Managing programs, safety and environmental control of the company.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Defines, evaluate and analyze the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suitable for each operation and / or machinery in the company .
  • Coordinate and development of Environmental, health and safety training .
  • Risk analysis to current and new processes and equipment .
  • Responsible for processing Legal permits and safety studies, meeting with Mexican regulations on safety and certifications (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, safe company, etc.) as well as Corporate requirements. .

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Other Requirements:

  • English spoken and written (85% Advanced), ability to make presentations.
  • ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 experience.
  • Environmental, Hygiene and Environmental legal requirements knowledge.
  • Regulations compliance.
  • Risk analysis experience.
  • People skills, team work, communication skills.
