Clinical Operations Recruiter in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated, organized Clinical Operations Recruiter to support hiring across our dental practices throughout North Carolina. This position will focus on recruiting qualified Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and Hygiene Assistants to meet the staffing needs of our growing organization. Please note this position will not be recruiting for doctors.

The ideal candidate has previous recruiting experience, a strong clinical dental background, and the ability to identify, attract, and hire quality clinical candidates.

• Recruit and hire Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and Hygiene Assistants across multiple locations.

• Partner closely with corporate leadership and office management to assess staffing needs and develop effective, location-specific recruiting strategies.

• Establish recruitment goals, timelines, and sourcing strategies based on organizational staffing needs and hiring priorities.

• Source, review, and screen candidates to identify qualified talent aligned with clinical and organizational requirements.

• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.

• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information throughout the recruitment process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Post, monitor, and maintain job vacancies across appropriate job boards, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.

• Coordinate and track pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, reference checks, and other required screenings.

• Follow up with hiring managers following interviews to obtain feedback.

• Communicate placement decisions and provide timely follow-up to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, networking opportunities, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

• Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and market conditions to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• At least 2 years of a dental clinical background

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience (dental recruitment is a plus)

• Highschool diploma or GED

• Knowledge of Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, and Hygiene Assistant positions and their qualifications.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn ATS and recruiting platforms.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with corporate leadership and practice teams.

• Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Ability to lift 15–20 pounds.
