About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hotel team. The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while following hotel cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.

  • Make beds and replace linens and towels.

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.

  • Restock guest room amenities and supplies.

  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash.

  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.

  • Follow all hotel housekeeping procedures and safety standards.

  • Respect guest privacy and protect guest belongings.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms on time.

  • Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments.

  • Assist with maintaining clean and organized housekeeping areas.

Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.

  • Must be dependable and punctual.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift as required.

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Associate.

What will you be doing most days?

  • Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently
  • Report room maintenance to the front desk staff and other team members
  • Know the difference between ‘light touch' and ‘full clean' and know how to complete both effectively
  • Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities
  • Maintain a professional appearance including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
