This is an opportunity to play a key role at the beginning of the sales journey, connecting qualified prospects with the right franchise opportunities.
You will act as a consultative specialist, understanding lead profiles, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the commercial funnel.
The role combines relationship building, sales qualification, lead nurturing, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with Growth to improve acquisition and commercial strategies based on real market insights and performance data.

- Monitor and manage incoming leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent engagement.
- Analyze leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify qualified prospects with strong commercial potential.
- Establish contact with prospects, build relationships, understand their needs, and conduct structured lead nurturing.
- Present relevant solutions and franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs, generating interest and advancing qualified leads toward the sales stage.
- Manage and organize sales meeting schedules using commercial management and CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information throughout the sales pipeline.
- Collect, monitor, and interpret commercial performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share market and lead insights with the Growth team to support the optimization of acquisition and sales strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, approaches, and qualification criteria.
- Explore automation and AI-powered tools to improve lead management, productivity, and funnel performance.
- Previous experience in food service and/or franchising is required.
- Proven experience with high-ticket sales and consultative commercial processes.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with strong active listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales metrics, performance indicators, and funnel data.
- Interest in sales automation and artificial intelligence tools and their application to commercial processes.
- Proactive, creative, and strongly results-oriented approach.
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the sales cycle.
