Registered Nurse (RN) – Birthing Inn
Exceptional Care for Mothers, Babies and Families
As a Registered Nurse on the Birthing Inn team, you'll provide compassionate, specialized care to women and their newborns during one of the most important moments of their lives.
You'll work closely with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide safe, individualized care throughout the birthing experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to mothers and newborns.
- Assess patients and monitor changes in maternal and newborn condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other therapies according to established standards.
- Support patients and families through labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum experience.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
- Accurately document patient care and maintain complete clinical records.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and family-centered environment.
- Participate in quality and patient-safety initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current RN license or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Pay & Benefits
$36.30 - $56.65 | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekends
(Pay is based on experience.)
