This is a senior-level opportunity for a Software Defined Networking specialist focused on complex enterprise data center environments.
You will serve as a technical subject matter expert across SDN, with strong exposure to Cisco ACI, VxLAN, Arista, and VMware NSX technologies.
The role combines architecture, hands-on deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing consulting.
You will work directly with technical teams and senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable network solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to lead large-scale data center projects and influence architecture decisions from design through implementation.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Software Defined Networking technologies and provide technical leadership across complex data center engagements.
• Design, deploy, migrate, and support large-scale enterprise data center network solutions using technologies such as Cisco ACI, Cisco or Arista VxLAN, and VMware NSX.
• Lead Cisco ACI architecture and implementation initiatives, including multi-pod and multi-site environments.
• Contribute to network architecture strategies that align technical solutions with client requirements and broader business objectives.
• Participate in complex deployments, produce detailed technical documentation, and deliver workshops for client teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate architecture strategies, technical approaches, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
• Apply strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills to resolve technical challenges and keep projects progressing.
• Manage multiple IT projects and contribute to delivering engagements on schedule and within budget.
• Work effectively with internal teams, client stakeholders, and cross-functional groups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide knowledge transfer and enablement to client teams to ensure the smooth operation and long-term adoption of deployed solutions.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer success, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain relevant professional certifications and continue developing expertise in emerging SDN and data center networking technologies.

• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise data center networking environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise with large-scale Cisco, Arista, and/or VMware NSX data center deployments and migrations.
• Extensive experience with Cisco ACI, including architecture, design, and deployment in multi-pod and multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of VxLAN architecture, design, and deployment.
• Experience with VMware NSX, including NSX-V/NSX-T environments and V-to-T migration, is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of data center underlay and overlay architectures, network segmentation, and interoperability between infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of Software Defined Networking principles and modern data center architectures.
• Cisco CCNP, ACI, or CCIE certification is required.
• VMware and/or Arista certifications are a strong advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset, urgency, initiative, and ability to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated situational leadership and sound decision-making skills in complex customer environments.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple technology projects successfully, with strong attention to timelines, quality, and customer outcomes.
