This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Banco de Fitters/Cadastro de Parceiros: Arquiteto(a) de Projetos Técnicos based in Brazil.

Your work will directly contribute to reducing rework, waste, technical risks, and production challenges on site.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and detail executive architectural and furniture projects with a high level of technical accuracy.
  • Analyze contracts, final property measurements, and technical drawings to ensure all project information is properly coordinated.
  • Quantify materials and anticipate technical requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Define and specify hydraulic, electrical, and other infrastructure points required for project execution.
  • Detail custom furniture, cabinetry, niches, and tailored solutions while balancing functionality and aesthetics.
  • Ensure projects are technically executable on site, minimizing rework, waste, and construction risks.
  • Evaluate solutions based on quality, cost, production feasibility, and technical viability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and internal project guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and other project teams to ensure smooth progression between project stages.
  • Prepare and organize final project documentation and deliverables according to established engineering workflows.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Professional experience developing technical and executive architectural drawings.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and strong ability to read, create, and work with DWG floor plans.
  • Experience with PROMOB and knowledge of Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawing development and project detailing.
  • Experience with custom furniture and cabinetry projects, including detailed specifications for made-to-measure solutions.
  • Experience specifying finishes and construction materials.
  • Previous exposure to construction sites and/or project coordination and compatibility with construction teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical precision.
  • Ability to assess the practical, productive, and financial feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, organization, autonomy, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
