The team at Hopedale Dental Centre located in Oakville, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 25 hours per week
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 1-2 Saturdays a month

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 year of experience is preferred as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program is preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
