Fleet Mechanic - Full Time Journeyman in Portland, Oregon at Pacific Service Center

Summary Perform maintenance and repair on light to heavy equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (in no order); other duties may be assigned.

• Inspect and repair vehicle brake systems, steering mechanisms, engines, transmissions, clutches, wheel bearings, and other automotive and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle and electrical systems.
• Ensure documentation for each work order is maintained and organized, and notes are made legible.
• Responsible for work area safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive work environment.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
