This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale customer implementations in a fast-paced technology environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring successful execution of deployment projects that meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations. The role requires strong coordination across technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders, with responsibility for aligning resources and driving accountability across multiple teams. You will oversee risk management, change control, and delivery governance while ensuring high-quality customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of highly complex customer implementation projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget. You will serve as the central coordination point between internal teams, vendors, and customers while maintaining clear communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementation and deployment projects
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies
- Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present executive-level status reports, updates, and performance dashboards
- Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to completion
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while escalating issues when necessary
- Manage change control processes and ensure adherence to project scope and timelines
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure resource availability and timely delivery
- Define KPIs, governance standards, and success measures in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify additional business opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to best practices within project delivery teams
The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience within complex technology environments, with a strong ability to lead multiple high-stakes implementations simultaneously. You should be confident working directly with customers, managing expectations, and driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of related experience, including 6+ years in project management roles
- Proven experience managing multiple complex technology implementation projects
- Hands-on knowledge of technologies such as DWDM, MPLS, SD-WAN, Voice (SIP/PRI), Security, or Managed Services
- Strong experience in customer-facing project delivery environments
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional resources effectively
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide team members
- Experience with project governance, KPI tracking, and change control processes
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
