This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving success across a portfolio of healthcare clients using advanced AI-powered care coordination and perioperative optimization solutions. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring hospitals and health systems achieve measurable operational, clinical, and financial outcomes through platform adoption and optimization. Acting as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, you will navigate complex healthcare environments, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure sustained value realization across client accounts. The role blends client success leadership, healthcare consulting, and SaaS strategy execution in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams to translate client needs into product and operational improvements. This is a highly visible position where your leadership directly influences client retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success.
Lead and scale client success strategy across a portfolio of perioperative and care coordination clients, ensuring measurable value delivery, strong adoption, and long-term retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success Partners, building a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
- Own portfolio-level client success outcomes, including renewal rates, expansion, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and client health metrics
- Act as escalation point for complex client challenges and ensure timely, high-quality resolution
- Develop and execute account strategies that maximize ROI, platform adoption, and operational improvement outcomes
- Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities by identifying new clinical and operational use cases
- Guide executive-level client engagements across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders within complex health systems
- Serve as a senior advocate for platform value, ensuring stakeholders understand differentiated AI-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams to align roadmap priorities with client needs
- Oversee execution of success plans and ensure accountability across both internal teams and client stakeholders
- Strengthen executive relationships to support renewals, references, and long-term strategic partnerships
This role requires deep experience in healthcare SaaS client success leadership, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex health system environments while driving measurable outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, or consulting within healthcare SaaS or technology
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading client-facing or consulting teams
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, ideally in perioperative services, OR scheduling, or care coordination
- Proven success managing large enterprise client portfolios with strong retention and expansion outcomes
- Experience navigating complex health system dynamics, including executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical and operational concepts to executive audiences
- Demonstrated experience driving SaaS adoption, ROI realization, and measurable client outcomes
- Ability to manage escalations and guide teams through complex problem resolution
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership and execution capability
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving product and customer needs
- Salary range: $160,000 – $190,000 USD
