You will partner closely with HR leaders, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and optimize reporting solutions that improve data visibility, accuracy, and usability. The position plays a key role in building scalable dashboards, strengthening data governance, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the organization. Accountabilities

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Workday-based reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards that support HR operations and strategic decision-making. You will transform complex business requirements into intuitive reports, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and consistency across all HR analytics outputs.

You will also:

  • Design and deliver Workday dashboards, reports, and alerts across HCM modules to support data-driven decisions.
  • Translate HR and business requirements into scalable and actionable reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance data visualization and accessibility.
  • Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks of sensitive HR data.
  • Establish reporting standards, documentation practices, and governance procedures.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and ERP teams to support data architecture and reporting enhancements.
  • Maintain a structured reporting ecosystem, including catalogs of reports, metrics, and definitions.
  • Support enterprise data initiatives such as data warehouse and semantic model development for HCM data.
Requirements

This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday reporting and data visualization tools, combined with the ability to translate business needs into clear analytical solutions. You should be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting (Workday Report Writer experience required).
  • Workday Report Writer certification preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and HCM modules.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with data warehouse concepts and semantic data models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance.
