Position Summary:
The Division of EnrollmentManagement is seeking energetic and personable student employees to supportprospective, continuing and alumni students, guests, and public in a front desksetting. In this role, student employees will serve as the first point-of-contactand will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills,professionalism, and effective communication skills that will help them build arapport with UNM's diverse populations while managing inquiries withefficiency, empathy, and attention to detail.

This experience will deepen yourunderstanding of all facets of Enrollment Management, including admission,financial aid, scholarships, and registration while developing criticalworkplace competencies in communication, customer service, problem-solving andtime management.

On-the-job training will focus useof Banner, professional verbal, and written communication with departments, FERPA,and Confidentiality flags, sorting daily mail and customer service.

The position is located at Student Support & Services Center; 1155University SE. Work schedule will be between the hours of 8am-5pm (Monday thruFriday). Seeking a student who can work 12-15 hours per week.
