Host/Hostess (Fine Dining Restaurant)

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Host/Hostess to join an elite restaurant operation.

This role is ideal for culinary enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand luxury standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating to keep service smooth and balanced.

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, warm, and polished manner.

• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and handle orders accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and presentation to luxury standards.

• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and service excellence at all times.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in a Fine Dining or High-End restaurant, Michelin-starred establishment, or a signature restaurant within a 5-star luxury hotel, with strong guest service and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and hospitality standards.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Professional appearance with a polished service attitude aligned with luxury standards.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset, even under pressure.

• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
