We’re Hiring: Bilingual Infant Lead Teacher (6 Weeks–18 Months)

At Kïdo, we combine the best early childhood practices from around the world to create a joyful, nurturing, and innovative learning experience for children and families. We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Infant Lead Teacher who is fluent in both Spanish and English and ready to make a meaningful impact every day with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using our rich curriculum and your own creativity
• Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and shared milestones
• Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development every day

Minimum Qualifications
• HS Diploma/GED required
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
• CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience OR
• 2–3 years of Montessori experience
