The position blends hands-on analytical execution with strategic advisory responsibilities, requiring both technical depth and strong storytelling ability. - Lead end-to-end delivery of client analytics engagements, managing timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
- Apply advanced marketing analytics techniques including segmentation, campaign performance analysis, propensity modeling, and predictive analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, strategic frameworks, and recommendations that inform Go-to-Market and revenue growth strategies.
- Serve as the primary client-facing analytics lead, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and strategy teams.
- Oversee and contribute to analytical execution using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and statistical modeling approaches.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through hands-on guidance, review, and structured coaching within project delivery environments.
Candidates should bring strong experience in data-driven consulting or marketing analytics, with the ability to combine technical expertise, business understanding, and client leadership. The role requires both hands-on analytical capability and proven project ownership in client-facing environments.
- 4–5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, market research, or consulting roles.
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing advisory environments strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Excel.
- Experience building data-driven narratives and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing performance measurement, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Proven project management and client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple complex engagements.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
