We are currently looking for an AI Innovation and Enablement Specialist who will drive AI adoption across the organization and oversee the effective rollout of AI capabilities in all functions. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Claude Enterprise, rolling it out function by function through a structured Champions Programme. You will work closely with teams to map and redesign processes with an AI-first mindset, configure skills and MCP connections, and develop tailored learning paths. Additionally, you will facilitate brainstorming sessions with teams, monitor adoption, and track the organization’s overall AI maturity to ensure sustainable impact.

What you will do
  • Partner with teams to identify AI opportunities, map workflows, and translate needs into clear use cases.
  • Drive AI adoption through workshops, hands-on guidance, and the development of a Champions Programme.
  • Support teams in becoming confident users of AI and guide AI-driven process changes among cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor AI trends and share relevant, actionable insights internally.
  • Configure and customize MCP servers, creating and managing AI skills and agents, and customising tools like Claude Code, Claude Co-work, or Claude Projects meet team and business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and AI implementation, contributing hands-on to solutions.
What you should bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, or digital disciplines).
  • Regular user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Chat GPT) with the ability to customize and configure beyond basic use.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with AI tools, including skills, agents, and custom set-ups.
  • Strong and confident communicator and facilitator, experienced in leading workshops and engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience or strong interest in driving change and AI adoption across teams.
  • Able to build and sustain a network of internal AI advocates.
  • Curious and analytical, with the ability to map processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Skilled at translating needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Solid technical foundation with practical, hands-on AI experience (formal or self-taught).
  • Able to collaborate effectively with technical teams and motivated to take ownership and make a visible impact.
  • Proactive, self-driven learner with a strong curiosity for AI, and creative problem-solver who naturally leverages AI tools.
What we can offer you
  • A welcoming workplace full of drinks, snacks, friendly faces and fun team-building events.
  • Access to unique discounts at high street retailers, hotels, and service providers, in addition to a 50% discount on all Lovehoney products to explore and discover new ways to have fun.
  • Enjoy a hybrid work model that fosters flexibility and work-life balance, with three days per week in-office and the opportunity to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, alongside 25 days’ holiday, plus an additional day for each year you are with Lovehoney, providing ample time for relaxation, rejuvenation, and exploration.
  • Access to customized training opportunities to support your unique learning journey, complemented by biannual feedback cycles, offering valuable insights into your performance and growth areas, enhancing your development within the company.
  • Recognising the significance of physical and mental health, we proudly provide gym benefits in addition to a mental wellbeing platform, to ensure our employees thrive both professionally and personally.
