You will work on a wide spectrum of AI applications, including generative AI, agentic systems, and traditional machine learning models, translating complex data into actionable insights. You will also contribute to model deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management in production environments. In addition, the role involves research-oriented work, exploring emerging AI methodologies and applying them to real-world challenges. - Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights, identify patterns, and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and evaluate statistical and predictive models, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Integrate foundational and advanced AI models (including LLMs) into production pipelines and scalable systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data teams to translate requirements into analytical and AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct model testing, validation, tuning, and performance evaluation to ensure optimal results and reliability.
- Support deployment and operationalization of machine learning solutions using modern data and cloud platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, reviewing work and supporting technical growth within the team.
- Contribute to research and experimentation with emerging AI techniques to advance organizational capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related); Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling (advanced degrees may offset experience).
- Strong expertise in statistics, optimization, machine learning theory, and quantitative modeling techniques.
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and integration.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, R, SAS, or SQL.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Strong ability to lead end-to-end data science projects from model design through deployment.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing tools such as Spark and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, SageMaker, or Snowflake is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Competitive annual salary ($127,000 – $150,000).
