Housekeeper in Pacific Grove, California at Treatment Center Management LLC

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
This role supports both our Monterey residential program and Pacific Grove PHP/IOP program.

As a Housekeeper at Alsana, you will help create a clean, welcoming space that supports clients, families, and staff across our treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout client rooms, common areas, offices, and facility spaces
Clean and care for floors, furniture, windows, linens, and other facility furnishings as needed
Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, linens, towels, and toiletries
Support a safe, organized, and well-maintained environment by reporting maintenance or repair needs
Follow infection control, safety, and housekeeping standards while protecting client confidentiality
Assist with additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping, commercial cleaning, hospitality, or residential cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively in English
