This role is a key growth driver within a high-impact North American marketing organization, responsible for shaping and executing demand generation strategies across commercial and mid-market segments. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, translating business priorities into scalable, measurable programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multi-channel campaigns, ABM initiatives, and pipeline acceleration efforts. You will act as a primary marketing partner to sales leadership, ensuring tight alignment on target accounts, messaging, and performance goals. In a fast-paced SaaS environment, your work will directly influence how demand is generated and converted across the funnel. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role where experimentation, optimization, and accountability are essential. You will also help evolve the demand generation engine, improving processes, automation, and cross-functional execution.
You will own and scale demand generation efforts across the North American commercial and mid-market segments, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives. You will translate go-to-market priorities into integrated campaigns and programs that generate measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead regional demand generation strategy aligned with sales targets and growth priorities.
- Partner closely with sales, BDR, and RevOps teams to define target segments, account priorities, and pipeline opportunities.
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and retargeting.
- Build account-based and pipeline acceleration programs for key segments and strategic accounts.
- Manage regional campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with quarterly objectives and launch timelines.
- Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to develop messaging, assets, and conversion-focused experiences.
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution, tracking, lead routing, and funnel visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, optimizing based on data, sales feedback, and conversion insights.
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and automation to scale demand generation execution.
You bring strong experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology environments, with a proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact. You are both strategic and execution-oriented, comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams. You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to translate data into actionable marketing decisions. Key qualifications include:
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing roles.
- Proven success supporting commercial or mid-market segments in North America.
- Experience designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
- Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and ability to align marketing with revenue goals.
- Hands-on experience across digital and lifecycle channels such as paid media, email, webinars, ABM, and nurture programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- Excellent project management and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and high accountability.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution tools is highly valued.
- Annual base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 USD, plus variable bonus opportunities
