- Manage complex project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while tracking progress against key milestones and organizational goals

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across teams
- Support execution of operational initiatives such as process improvements, OKR tracking, and workflow optimization
- Maintain structured project documentation and ensure consistent information flow across distributed teams
- Identify risks, manage expectations through change, and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track
- Handle administrative and operational tasks such as coordination support, scheduling, and occasional event planning
This position requires strong experience in project or operations management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in agency or client-service settings. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing shifting priorities while maintaining structure and clarity.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, synthesize information, and drive alignment
- Experience organizing unstructured data into actionable plans and structured reporting
- Familiarity with operational tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Quickbase, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain a proactive, forward-thinking approach
- Interest in or curiosity about the energy sector is required (prior industry experience not necessary)
- Annual compensation range: $100,000–$125,000 depending on experience
