  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to maintain consistency, scientific integrity, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline is required (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
  • 8–10+ years of experience in medical communications or promotional medical education within pharma, biotech, or agency settings.
  • Strong expertise in promotional medical education deliverables, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific slide development.
  • Experience in rare disease is required; nephrology experience is considered a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of medical writing standards, including AMA style and ethical publication guidelines.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data clearly and accurately.

Benefits:

  • Flexible remote work model with optional access to headquarters in Stamford, CT.
  • Opportunity to work across leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device accounts.
  • Highly flexible work culture supporting work-life balance and autonomy.
