Business Development Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager in United States.

This role is a high-impact leadership position focused on building and scaling outbound pipeline generation within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will lead a team responsible for driving demand through multi-channel outreach strategies while also shaping the systems, tools, and processes that power revenue growth. Acting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, you will design data-driven campaigns, optimize engagement performance, and ensure consistent pipeline creation. The role blends people leadership, strategic campaign design, and hands-on ownership of sales development infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align outbound efforts with broader business priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who thrives in analytics-driven, fast-paced SaaS environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and achievement of pipeline generation goals.
  • Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Build structured outreach strategies including cold campaigns, warm lead follow-ups, cross-sell initiatives, and intent-based targeting.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up processes to ensure rapid productivity of new team members.
  • Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and training workshops focused on messaging, objection handling, and performance improvement.
  • Own team performance analytics, tracking KPIs such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting across sales development activities and pipeline metrics.
  • Deliver weekly performance forecasts and proactively identify risks or blockers impacting pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align campaigns with strategic priorities.
  • Implement and optimize AI-driven and automation tools to enhance outbound efficiency and targeting accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations, sales development, marketing operations, or revenue operations roles.
  • Proven experience leading or managing outbound or BDR teams with measurable performance impact.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and outbound tools such as Apollo or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Experience working with multi-channel outbound campaigns and CRM-driven pipeline management.
  • Ability to design and execute data-driven go-to-market or demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Healthcare or healthtech experience is a plus but not required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and impact.
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible time-off policies.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Remote-first work environment across the continental United States.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven healthcare technology company.
  • Collaborative, innovation-focused culture with strong team support.
  • Access to modern sales and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and impact.
