This role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business transformation initiatives. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment to build custom applications, enhance platform capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with external systems. The position plays a key role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will contribute to improving system performance, data integrity, and security while supporting ongoing platform enhancements. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement automation, and refine development practices. This is a highly technical and impactful position where your expertise directly shapes the efficiency and scalability of enterprise CRM operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement business process automation using Salesforce tools such as Flows, validation rules, and configuration features.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Manage data migration activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, coding best practices, and Salesforce architectural guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and releases.

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows in collaborative development environments.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or JavaScript Developer I are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
