Job Description
EVERGREEN TELEHEALTH
SVP OF OPERATIONS
ROLE OVERVIEWThe SVP of Operations is responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure of Evergreen Telehealth from pre-launch through national expansion. This is a foundational hire who will work directly with the CEO to operationalize the company's vision and mission.
The role focuses on three core areas: owning the patient care and fulfillment operations from intake through delivery, designing and implementing clinical workflows, and serving as a key stakeholder who advocates for operational needs and desired workflows in partnership with Technology, Marketing, and Business Intelligence.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will be responsible for building structure in an environment where it doesn't yet exist, making decisions quickly, and executing with resourcefulness. You will define operational strategy, build teams, create systems and processes, train staff, and execute hands-on work as needed. This is a role for someone energized by building from zero, not managing an already-established operation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full lifecycle of patient care and fulfillment operations: intake, clinical workflows, prescription fulfillment, refills, and patient support
- Partner with Clinical, Technology, Marketing, and BI teams to ensure operational workflows are feasible and scalable
- Work directly with CEO to operationalize company vision and build operational infrastructure from zero
REPORTING
Reports to: CEO
Direct Reports: Operations team (Customer Success, Patient Support, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy Fulfillment)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years in telehealth or DTC health operations
- Ability to build operations in early-stage, resource-constrained environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
PERSONALITY
Direct, action-oriented, resourceful, detail-oriented when it matters, comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building from zero.
