Global Sales Controlling & Market Analytics (m/f/d)

In this role, you ensure global transparency, consistency, and standardized definitions of key sales KPIs. You support management through in-depth analyses, global reporting, and by contextualizing market developments for strategic decision-making.
YOUR TASKS
- Define, develop, and ensure global sales KPIs (e.g., revenue, order intake, order backlog), including globally consistent standards and application
- Enhance and ensure a consistent global sales channel structure in reporting in close alignment with Sales and international stakeholders
- Analyze business performance of key global sales KPIs (actual vs. plan/forecast) and align major deviations with international stakeholders
- Develop and enhance the global reporting setup and ensure a consistent database across all regions
- Support and coordinate the global Sales Outlook process, including data validation and alignment of content with international stakeholders
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for management decision-making as well as external requirements (e.g., audits)
- Analyze global market developments (e.g., GDP, truck production and sales trends) and assess their impact on business performance
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Sales Controlling, reporting, or finance
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and reporting logic
- Proficiency in Excel and common reporting tools (e.g., SAP/SAP BPC, Power BI)
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Very good English language skills
