This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced workplace strategist who has spent years shaping how large enterprises think about space, utilization, and portfolio performance. You will collaborate closely with product and data teams while also engaging directly with senior workplace and CRE leaders. This is an opportunity to reshape a long-established discipline into something more dynamic, data-rich, and decision-ready.
- Lead occupancy planning and workplace strategy analysis, including supply/demand modeling, utilization studies, sharing ratios, and scenario planning.
- Develop restack, consolidation, and portfolio optimization strategies informed by continuous spatial and occupancy data.
- Translate traditional workplace strategy methodologies into scalable, AI-native workflows and repeatable models.
- Define next-generation deliverables for enterprise clients, moving from static reports to dynamic, data-driven strategy outputs.
- Partner with product and data teams to refine models and ensure outputs align with real-world workplace and CRE decision-making needs.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic real estate and workplace decisions.
- Extensive hands-on experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate advisory roles, ideally within consulting or CRE services environments.
- Proven track record of delivering utilization studies, stack/restack projects, consolidation analyses, and portfolio optimization work.
- Strong understanding of CAFM/IWMS platforms, enterprise space data, and corporate real estate workflows.
- Deep familiarity with limitations of traditional tools and enthusiasm for improving them through data and AI.
- Ability to operate confidently across both technical datasets and executive-level stakeholder conversations.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with practical, real-world workplace strategy judgment.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a desire to modernize and transform established industry practices.
- Competitive base salary of $180,000 – $220,000 per year.
- Meaningful equity in a high-growth, data-driven organization.
- Remote-first work environment within the United States, with flexibility for team gatherings.
- Opportunity to shape a new category of AI-native workplace strategy tools.
- High-impact role influencing enterprise real estate decisions at scale.
- Direct collaboration with advanced AI and spatial intelligence systems.
- Senior individual contributor position with significant autonomy and ownership.
