FACILITIES ATTENDANT in Twin Falls, Idaho at Oasis Stop N Go

Job Summary:
Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

•Always provides excellent customer service, greeting and thanking customers in your interaction with them on the property.
•Responsible for the meticulous appearance and cleanliness of the property exterior, always keeping CURB APPEAL top of mind. This includes fuel pumps, building, drive-thru/patio areas and car wash facilities.
•Washing down and/or sweeping walkways and store entrances, painting fuel islands/bollards, cleaning light fixtures, and removing trash and weeds.
•Ensure fuel dispensers and nozzles are cleaned and working properly. Ensure windshield washer buckets are full and clean, with non-damaged squeegees.
•Spreading snowmelt and/or removing snow/ice from walkways during the winter season.
•Assisting customers with fuel or car wash-related questions, or site-specific tasks such as filling propane.
•Identify and immediately report to the store manager or take action to correct potential safety hazards which may exist on the site.
•Report to work on time and follow uniform policies.
•Be knowledgeable about and follow company policies.
•Treat customers, co-workers, and vendors with dignity and respect.
•Maintain a positive attitude.

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

•Must be 14 years of age. (18 to climb a ladder or dispense propane)
•Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction.
•Occasionally requires lifting 50 pounds up to the waist. Frequently requires lifting up to 25 pounds to the chest or above.
