This role sits at the center of healthcare data exchange and implementation delivery, ensuring complex EDI and integration solutions are configured, tested, and launched successfully across a large provider and payer network.
You will lead end-to-end implementation efforts for healthcare transactions, including X12N formats such as claims, eligibility, and remittance workflows.
The position requires deep analytical thinking, strong client interaction, and the ability to translate technical requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
You will work closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and go-live success.
This is a high-impact role where precision, speed, and troubleshooting excellence directly influence client satisfaction and operational performance.
You will also act as a mentor and subject matter expert, helping elevate implementation practices across the broader team.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of EDI and healthcare integration solutions, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live execution for complex client environments including large healthcare systems.
- Manage client timelines, requirements gathering, technical configuration, and stakeholder communication while coordinating closely with implementation coordinators and engineering teams.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend both short-term fixes and long-term solution improvements.
- Partner with development teams to define requirements, validate enhancements, and support release readiness for new features and product capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare transaction standards (including X12N) and ensure adherence to best practices across implementations.
- Mentor implementation analysts and contribute to training, process improvement, and operational scaling of implementation methodologies.
This role requires strong experience in healthcare technology implementations, particularly involving EDI transactions, integrations, and client-facing delivery. Candidates should bring at least 7+ years in technology or healthcare environments, including 5+ years managing complex implementations. Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and ANSI X12N standards (such as 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278) is essential, along with familiarity with APIs and integration concepts.
- Strong experience with healthcare EDI transactions and revenue cycle processes
- 7+ years in healthcare technology, data exchange, or related technical implementation roles
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
- Proficiency in analyzing technical requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience collaborating with submitters, vendors, payers, or healthcare providers is a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional team success
