Solutions Architect, Enterprise/Majors (PNW)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect, Enterprise (PNW) based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, data architecture, and customer success, supporting large-scale organizations in designing and adopting modern data transformation workflows.
The position is responsible for guiding strategic customers through technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale implementations of a leading analytics engineering platform.
It requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, product, and partner ecosystems to deliver scalable and production-ready data solutions.
The role plays a key part in shaping enterprise adoption, ensuring customers can modernize their data stack and unlock reliable, governed analytics at scale.
It offers exposure to some of the most advanced data environments in the industry, working with global enterprises and cloud partners.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-grade data pipelines using modern analytics engineering practices.
  • Partner with sales teams to articulate technical value, support pre-sales cycles, and drive successful customer evaluations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Guide customers through deployment, adoption, and expansion phases while ensuring best practices in data modeling, transformation, and governance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support advanced deployments, including private cloud and enterprise-scale configurations.
  • Build strong relationships with key technology partners and cloud providers, enabling joint customer success and solution integration.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial evaluation through long-term platform adoption.
  • Contribute feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve enterprise capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, consulting, or similar roles within data, analytics, BI, or data engineering domains.
  • Strong technical foundation in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts, with experience in modern data warehouse architectures.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into scalable and practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools and concepts, including cloud data platforms and transformation workflows.
  • Preferred experience with data modeling approaches such as dimensional modeling, Kimball, Data Vault, or 3NF.
  • Exposure to ETL/ELT tools or analytics platforms such as Informatica, Boomi, Talend, or similar technologies is a plus.
