Manufacturing Trainer in Mesquite, Texas at Revolution Company

Revolution is now hiring for a Manufacturing Trainer position in Mesquite, TX. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Responsible for instructing trainees to be successful as a line attendant.
• Ensure that trainee knows all safety policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to assist and learn job functions of a team leader.
• Assume responsibility for the finished product.
• Fill in on any line.
• Read and understand production orders in English.
• Document quality checks on time verifying correct count and label.
• Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist you on any given machine.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Learn how to thread up all lines.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products for quality standards.
• Assists in taking line down and putting back up.
• Assists in changing screens and clean dies.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Attendant required.
• Ability to read and understand instructions well.
• Make continuous efforts to improve product quality.
• Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed.
• Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
• Work 12-hour shifts.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
