This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, maximizing efficiency, and supporting our growing production operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, strong ERP/MRP system knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across operations, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct material scenarios at top-level and sub-assembly stages to drive "clear to build" status and maintain the master production schedule.
  • Create and manage build assemblies within the manufacturing ERP system to ensure accurate production tracking.
  • Lead production updates in daily cross-functional Teams meetings, providing status on material availability and scheduling constraints.
  • Run weekly production status meetings, with a focus on clear to build dates highlighting issues that need to be resolved to achieve ship dates.

  • Support the department in organizing procedures, records, and Lean manufacturing reports.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or ISM) or higher education strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment with direct experience in MRP/ERP systems and Bill of Materials (BOM).
