LPI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the design, development, and delivery of custom engineered solutions. This role is responsible for team leadership, project execution, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives that support our customers and business objectives.

What You'll Do
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and design technicians
• Oversee engineering priorities, resource planning, and project execution
• Manage the Engineering Process and Design Review process
• Guide engineer-to-order (ETO) projects from concept through production
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and customers to develop effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
• Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and field issue resolution
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and product reliability initiatives
• Support new product development and R&D efforts

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong technical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customers
• Knowledge of applicable engineering and safety standards
• Willingness to travel as needed
