Production Team Lead in Huntsville, Alabama at Runergy Alabama Inc

The Production Team Lead will carry out daily management and supervision related to the production of the team, ensure that product production is under control, be responsible for arranging and supervising the production and safety of the team, and ensure that the team can operate normally, continuously, and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.

• According to the department's production plan, create a team plan and organize the implementation of production.
• According to the production plan, achieve stable production and timely track production progress (including quality, production capacity, efficiency).
• Responsible for 5S management and achieving civilized production.
• Enhance employee safety awareness and achieve safe production.
• Responsible for daily attendance management such as employee attendance, overtime applications, and leave requests.
• Perform daily statistical work and related work reports and analyze report data.
• Carry out daily shift handover work to avoid production chaos or delays caused by improper shift handover.
• Hosting teamwork meetings and carrying out daily management tasks such as employee mobilization, motivation, assessment, and training.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field may be preferred).
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Solar experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, diligent and dedicated, with certain organizational, command, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours
