Stock & Delivery Clerk - Archbold Health Services

Position Description:

Retrieve and deliver mail

Operates printers and fax machines

Picks up equipment and cleans it before restocking the item

Uses good interpersonal relations within the department and with other departments

Calls patients to coordinate delivery of their medications or supplies

Demonstrates proper hygiene while out in the field and within the department

Collects co-pays from patients when advised

Completes the daily delivery documentation log

Follows Archbold Medical Center’s Policies and Procedures

Coordinates maintenance of department vehicles

Serves as a productive, proactive member of the team

Uses appropriate professional behavior of department personnel

Experience/Education:

Must be at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving record

HS Diploma or equivalent preferred

Must have a current driver’s license in good standing

Must be able to pass DOT physical in order to drive a commercial vehicle

Complete the driver safety course offered by Archbold

Requires good communication skills and the desire to work with people

Must be self-motivated and work independently

Previous experience with patient care preferred
