ABOUT ROYAL RINSE CAR WASH
Royal Rinse Car Wash is built on three core pillars: Always Safe, Always Open, Always Clean. We're seeking a dedicated Site Technician to work alongside our Regional General Manager and Maintenance Tech Lead to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction at our various area locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Site Maintenance & Cleanliness
Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility on a regular basis
Spray down and clean bays to maintain professional appearance and customer experience
Maintain overall site cleanliness including parking lot maintenance
Provide professional customer service while onsite, going out of your way to assist customers
Complete daily checklist
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support
Diagnose problems and repair hoses, pumps, and brushes
Troubleshoot soap equipment and mixing systems
Troubleshooting motor and control panels
Maintain pneumatic and air systems
Respond to equipment emergencies to keep sites operational
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical capability: lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, stand and walk for extended periods
Availability on weekends (Saturdays are a must) and early mornings (6:00/7:00 AM starts)
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
Customer service experience
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work reporting
Ability to work independently and as a team
PREFERRED (Maintenance-Capable Individuals):
2+ years of mechanical experience (automotive, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or similar)
Experience with high-pressure washers or water systems
Electrical troubleshooting skills (110V/220V)
Background with pumps, pneumatics, or hydraulics
Previous car wash or industrial maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
WHAT WE OFFER
