About the role

Liberty Maintenance is a rapidly growing contracting and maintenance company proudly serving the greater Philadelphia area. We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Carpenter to join our team in a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will possess at least three (3) years of experience in carpentry or general construction. This position requires the ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively with a team. It is an excellent opportunity for a motivated carpenter seeking a stable, long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

What you'll do

• Framing of walls with wood/metal studs, Frame decks, doorways, windows, etc
• Drywall patching, interior repairs, and painting
• Installation of Decks, doorways, and windows
• Finish carpentry, including trim work, handrails, etc
• Tile work and flooring installation
• Knowledge and use of power tools, including table saw, chop saw, drills, etc
• Drive van/truck, stock & clean vehicle, pick up materials for jobs
• Must be able to wear a half and full-face respirator

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry or construction experience
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license required
