Deputy Manager in Coimbatore, Tamil Nādu at KSB GIW Inc.

Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only)

• Administering IT infrastructure, supervising the daily working of network and troubleshooting for Coimbatore division
• Managing Helpdesk Engineers for all end user issues for South Zone (Coimbatore, Chennai, Bengaluru, Secunderabad and Kochi)
• Maintaining IT Equipment Assets Register for Coimbatore plant and South Zone (Chennai, Bengaluru, Secunderabad and Kochi) in Manage Engine and monitoring the network traffics.
• Handling write-off of old IT assets and e-waste disposal for Coimbatore plant and SZ.
• Coordinating with ISP providers (SIFY and BSNL) for smooth running of network Links (SDWAN AND ILL)
• Coordinating with IT Helpdesk and IT coordinators for installations and management of mail system, Domain controllers, DNS servers, antivirus, operating system issues, printer sharing, routers and switches.
• Coordinating with HR and IPD IT team for creating Citrix, SAP and Email ids to new users.
• Coordinating with IPD IT team to resolve users issue in SAP. Raising tickets and follow-ups.
• Coordinating with AMC / Warranty vendors (like Team Computers, Ricoh, Dell, Canon, etc.)
• Follow-up IT team and concerned users to close the Open/Pending incidents and change requests those are created in IT Service portal.
• Coordinating with KSB-AG team for SentinelOne and supporting to KSB India Team for SentinelOne activities
• Supporting to Corporate DTC team for new projects (Infra projects and other projects with Digital operation sand Sales team)
• Coordinating with HODs for IT Capex requirements and compiling
• Creating CR, PR and coordinating for PO and IT item supply for CBE and SZ
• Planning and executing the new requirement of Network expansion
• Handling a new project Manage Engine Change Management Process
