About Us

Thermal Concepts, provides high-quality HVAC services to commercial clients across the region. — and we’re seekinga highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to support our HVAC Service Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, field personnel, and internal teams.

What you'll do

1. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead expenses.
2. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
3. Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bid proposals.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
6. Mentor and support junior estimators.
7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
8. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
9. Prepare reports and presentations regarding project costs and bids.

What we are looking for

1. Minimum of 8 years of construction estimating experience.
2. Experience preparing estimates and bids for large-scale projects.
3. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
4. Experience with Trimble AutoBid.
5. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
6. Mechanical field installation experience considered.
