This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions that solve complex business and security challenges. In this customer-facing role, you will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales journey, helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, guide implementation strategies, and promote best practices across integration and automation initiatives. Working in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment, you will influence strategic decisions while supporting successful project delivery across global customer engagements.

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and operational challenges, translating them into scalable solution architectures.
• Support both pre-sales and post-sales engagements by providing technical expertise throughout solution design, implementation, and customer adoption.
• Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design activities to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals.
• Design and recommend integration, automation, and workflow solutions using APIs and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to define implementation strategies, estimate project scope and level of effort, and support successful solution delivery.
• Review testing strategies, validate system functionality, and work with stakeholders to ensure implemented solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation best practices to support long-term customer success.
• Provide technical guidance and thought leadership while collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, enterprise software implementation, or customer-facing solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and delivering enterprise technology solutions for large organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and technologies such as REST APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, web services, SCP, or FTPS.
• Familiarity with API management platforms, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud), and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, IT service management (ITSM), CMDB, incident, change, or configuration management is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Perl, or similar scripting languages is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience producing technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business decision-makers.
• Availability to provide coverage during US business hours.
