The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for improving infrastructure quality, automation maturity, and system reliability while supporting engineering teams in delivering secure and scalable solutions.

• Review and maintain existing code repositories, identifying opportunities to improve documentation, quality, maintainability, and long-term support.
• Analyze current systems and create improvement plans focused on increasing test coverage, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Increase infrastructure test coverage and implement best practices for reliable and maintainable cloud environments.
• Design, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to improve software delivery processes.
• Architect and manage cloud environments with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and availability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform and cloud development frameworks.
• Apply containerization technologies and modern DevOps practices to support efficient deployment workflows.
• Diagnose complex system issues using advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills to maintain platform reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to source control best practices, and promote engineering standards across teams.
• Support security integration throughout the development lifecycle and continuously improve security practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call support rotations to address critical issues outside standard working hours when required.

The ideal candidate is an experienced DevOps professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a global environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and production systems delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing automation solutions.
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including infrastructure design, management, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and cloud scripting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools including Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advanced understanding of monitoring, logging, networking, security, databases, and source control systems such as Git.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
• Proven experience writing reusable, tested modules or libraries for engineering teams.
• Experience with code reviews, pull requests, Git workflows, and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and test-driven development concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring colleagues and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Flexibility to align working hours with global teams, primarily supporting Eastern Time business hours.
• Relevant certifications in DevOps, AWS, cloud platforms, or Kubernetes are considered a plus.
