We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated professional to join our team and help keep our managed properties operating safely and efficiently. This is a field-based position supporting properties throughout Salt Lake County and Utah County, offering a variety of work environments and opportunities to put your technical skills to use every day.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:

• Complete general maintenance and repair work at managed properties
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and other building maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard of quality
• Travel between managed properties as needed throughout Salt Lake and Utah Counties
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude while interacting with residents and property staff

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience performing general maintenance, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
  • General building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Their own set of maintenance tools
• A commitment to providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Willingness to travel between assigned properties and participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Compensation

• $25.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
