Job Description
We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team. No previous outreach or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
What You'll Do- Engage with community members and the public.
- Represent nonprofit organizations and community campaigns professionally.
- Share information about programs, services, and initiatives.
- Answer questions and provide friendly, helpful support.
- Build positive relationships with community members.
- Support outreach, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Work with a team to achieve campaign goals.
- Participate in training and professional development.
- Develop skills in communication, outreach, marketing, customer service, sales, and leadership.
We’re looking for individuals who are:

No experience required.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, communications, or nonprofit work is a plus, but not required.
