  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling PII, PHI, and other sensitive or regulated information.
  • Ensure review activities follow applicable data-security procedures and project protocols.
  • Support multiple concurrent matters and adapt team staffing and priorities in response to changing data volumes and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the efficient delivery of large-scale cyber incident response and data breach review engagements.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, supervisory, or people-management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. data breach notification matters.
  • Hands-on experience with cyber data mining, data breach review, document review, e-discovery, or a comparable legal-services environment.
  • Experience leading teams on large-scale cyber incident response or data breach review projects.
  • Familiarity with Relativity or similar e-discovery and legal review platforms.
  • Working knowledge of PII, PHI, and other categories of sensitive or regulated data.
  • Familiarity with U.S. privacy and data breach notification regulations.
  • Experience managing remote legal review teams and distributed workflows.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and quality-control skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide direction, coaching, and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to remain adaptable and composed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and project volumes.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $70,000–$80,000 USD.
  • Opportunity to lead teams supporting complex U.S. cyber incident response and data breach matters.
  • Exposure to large-scale e-discovery, legal review, privacy, and cybersecurity engagements.
  • Leadership and professional development opportunities through hands-on team management.
  • Collaborative environment involving attorneys, managers, and other legal-services professionals.
