This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Provider based in India.
This is a flexible, remote clinical opportunity supporting clients through their mental health journeys via telehealth.
You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological care across a broad range of clinical needs.
The role offers autonomy over your schedule, making it well suited to complementing private practice or other professional commitments.
You’ll work alongside an international community of mental health professionals and an internal clinical team.
Your expertise will contribute not only to individual client outcomes but also to the continuous improvement of care programs and services.
The environment is collaborative, purpose-driven, and focused on expanding access to quality mental health support.
Occasional onsite work may also be available for providers who are open to a more flexible delivery model.
- Provide high-quality 1-on-1 clinical support through telehealth and, where applicable, onsite sessions.
- Assess and support clients presenting with a broad range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and other conditions.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver safe, effective, and client-centred care.
- Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team to strengthen care programs, clinical processes, and platform outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and supportive therapeutic environment while adapting care to individual client needs.
- Contribute clinical expertise and insights that help improve the overall quality and accessibility of mental health services.
- Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.
- Strong practical expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
- Experience supporting a diverse range of adult mental health presentations and clinical needs.
- Fluency in English and the relevant local language.
- Strong clinical communication, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader clinical team.
- Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
- Openness to occasional onsite clinical work is considered an advantage.
